Dallin during "uniform inspection"... while for the most part scouting is the same whereever you go, it is interesting to see the little differences between packs and troops, there are alot of Webelos, so that is fun for Dallin!
Here he comes after earning the travelers badge, he will put it on the on his Webelos colors... his first one! He almost finished Art b4 we left Spanish, but they will be doing Art next month. He wants to work on some other ones on his own with his dad... he is SUPER pumped about scouting! And if you have any knowledge of the Harrison or Ferguson family you would understand how important that is :)
Traveler pin for his colors... I called the Cub Commitee chairman cuz of course I forgot what time pack meeting was, and she said Dallin was missing one of the items to earn the traveler... so she asked if Dallin had helped plan for a trip or packed for a trip lately... I asked if moving counted... thank goodness it does :)
The kids also got to make "recycled" parachuters, out of grocery sacks, yarn and closepins!The we got to enjoy rice krispies treats for dessert! YUMMY :)
